Adrien Rabiot (PSG)Arsenal are pondering a January move for talented Paris Saint-Germain youngster Adrien Rabiot, according to reports from CalcioMercato.

The 18-year-old midfielder emerged as one of France’s top young talents last season during a loan stint with Toulouse.

His impressive form led to a re-call to Paris this term, where he has become a member of the first-team squad.

But, with a wealth of established stars at the Parc des Princes, the teenager’s immediate future is in doubt with on-field minutes hard to come by.

Rabiot has managed just two league starts this term under new manager Laurent Blanc, which has led to rumours that he may look to move on in a bid to boost his development.

PSG are keen to keep the starlet, but may be open to selling if he grows unhappy at the club.

Arsene Wenger is no stranger to snapping up the cream of France’s talented youngsters, and could look to Rabiot to boost his midfield options.

Mathieu Flamini was re-signed over the summer to add greater physicality to the Gunners’ engine room, but it is thought that the French U-21 international is still on the club’s radar.

Tottenham have also been linked with Rabiot and are likely to continue to monitor his situation.

Could Adrien Rabiot be a future Arsenal star?
