Arsenal‘s 17-year-old German midfielder Gedion Zelalem enjoyed a day to remember on Sunday as he was named on the bench for the Gunners’ 2-0 Premier League victory over Crystal Palace at the Emirates.

But the baby faced youngster looked more like a kid on his way to his first day at secondary school as he arrived at the Emirates with the rest of the Arsenal first-team.

And as Zelalem was walking to the home team dressing room, Polish stopper Szczesny stole the youngster’s thunder by photobombing his arrival.

I’d like to think it would have been a photo Zelalem would have had framed and hung on his bedroom wall. Not anymore, though. Who’d want a picture of Szczesny on their wall?

Totally different type of player. Poor comparison! He’ll be bloody good though!

He’s better than most as he’s intelligent and has a divine touch. He is not a defensive midfielder. His position is creator/ finisher
