Sir Alex Ferguson’s book has certainly ruffled a few feathers. The former Manchester United boss does not hold back in his new autobiography, and has already stirred controversy with his comments about Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, David Beckham, Roy Keane, Arsene Wenger and Rafael Benitez to name but a few.

And one topic Fergie also goes on to discuss is the famous ‘Pizzagate’ incident of October 2004. The story goes that the former United boss found himself covered in pizza after an incident in the tunnel following a controversial 2-0 win for United over Arsenal, in a match that ended the ‘Invincibles’ 49 game unbeaten run.

And judging by this Instagram picture, the culprit has finally owned up. ‘They say it was Cesc Fabregas who threw the pizza at me, but to this day I have no idea who the culprit was’ Fergie wrote.

Does the fact the former Arsenal midfielder ‘liked’ this post on Instagram suggest it was indeed him, and that he has no regrets?
