This is the worst piece of drivel I've read in a while. A soon to be one point gap (given Arsenal beat a managerless Reading) is hardly "eclipsing" between the two north London clubs, and a victory apiece across two head to head games in the league this season demonstrates that. What's more, are you seriously arguing that by not paying astronomical record transfers Arsenal have not "taken advantage" of their revenues? So, as you mention in the article, would you argue that Liverpool's £35m spent on Andy Carroll, or Chelsea's £50m spent on Torres, were great pieces of management and fully "taking advantage" of Champions League revenues? Because I'm sure most would agree that they were two utterly brainless pieces of business. Yes Arsenal's wage bill isn't the most efficient, but even the Bookies wouldn't agree with your predictions of Tottenham finishing above Arsenal, given they've made Arsenal odds on favourites between the two to finish in the top four given their respective run ins. To also argue that Tottenham have more strength in depth, given that their one recent game without Bale was a 4-1 loss to InterMilan, is laughable, where as Arsenal were able to defeat (granted a lacklustre but also rampant in recent form) Bayern Munich in Germany without Wilshere, Sagna, Szczesny, and Vermaelen all from the first team. Now I am neither a fan of Arsenal nor of Tottenham, but I think it's very obvious to any reader that you yourself are a very over excited spurs fan.
