Not sure where you are coming from, this post is a little bit eratic without comitting to a firm view, based upon reason, and certainly not addressing the title ....

Anyway, I'm at neither end of the spectrum of opinion here (Wenger to go or blind loyal support of Wenger). Any Arsenal fan is entitled to their view, whatever it is but I do deplore how some Arsenal fans are putting their opinions forward; fighting amongst ourselves, often using using insults and abuse. Not the way to go in my view.

On balance I am for Wenger. I do believe that he has had his hands tied for some time. I know some wont agree with that view. When we went into putting the Emirates in place I thought it would be a 10 year plan and we would struggle to even qualify for the Champions league. We're coming to the end of that period now and I'm expecting things to change and evolve, for the better obviously. Of course Wenger has made mistakes but on balance I think he has done a good job keeping us in the top 4 and lets not forget we really should have won the league twice in this period.

As for his press conferences; he just isn't going to come out and rip into the team in public (rightly so) and he isn't going to give the game away about transfer targets (again rightly so) but he and Arsenal must realise the frustration that is building up in certain areas of our support and at times his press conferences don't allow for that. It needs to be managed better. It would help if Steve Bould, Liam Brady or somebody else had a say from time to time.

From a journalistic point of view this was beyond poorly written. Reminds me of a high school writing assignment. Poor support for your arguments, poor premise, jumps from place to place anf doesnt address the title. I cannot get over what a crappy article this was.

This article was all over the place. At what point did you address what positives Wenger brings Arsenal? Your article was only aimed at the passive acceptance of part of the fan base. Completely misled by the title.

You, and fans like you, have not a clue what it takes to run/manage a football club. You simply dont have the patience, or loyalty.

Completely agree with your assessment of te situation. We should've Abe to voice an opinion without it being taken so defensively. We are rated right next to MU for the top clubs financially in the world, so there is absolutely no excuse for us to have goe through such a long drought. This club has been driven into mid table expectations because og Wenger and the Boards refusal to purchase equal to what they have sold. All the while profiting ememsley. The fans were here before you, and will be here long after you are gone Arsene, and they deserve so much more than you are willing to deliver. If Spurs coud have finished anything last year, we would already be experiencing Europa League football. All the talk, and you still didn't address te primary concern on the pitch. If Szczsney has one bad collision, our season is finished, but you would not purchase cover for the most important and yet most exposed area of our team. Pathetic..

First Mr Babakrd or what ever your name is its a blog that makes sense and you are exactly the type of fan its aimed at.Secondly my first game was 1949 and I have been a season ticket holder longer then I care to remember and still am, so no body as the right to tell me I cant complain or judge or make a point.Am I happy with AW,no,he has far as I am concerned gave nothing but spin or lies or what have you regarding the Jan window.I am sure he never intended buying and would never had but for the injury to Gibbs. Why chase a 31 year old from Barca knowing he only gives 1 year for 30yr olds. If he did not intend buying say so, no bull and promises and if he did intend to why leave it to the last days. I want AW either to change his attitude to the players we know are not good enough.Tell us who is in charge of the money, and do not say such rubbish as "we cant compete" in the market. You can not charge the prices we pay and then say we can buy this one or that one.
