Barcelona have told interested Premier League clubs that Cesc Fabregas is available for £30m this summer, according to reports from The Telegraph.

The Spanish playmaker has been heavily linked with the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea of late, amid talk that he is no longer needed at the Nou Camp.

Barca’s president Josep Maria Bartomeu recently spoke out suggesting that Fabregas is not available, but now it is understood that the Catalans are actually willing to sell for the right price.

That price is said to be £30m, which has tempted English football’s big boys.

Arsenal lead the way due to a first option clause they had inserted into the deal that took him back to his boyhood club from north London in 2011, and may look to exercise it to get a fans’ favourite back the Emirates Stadium.

United are just as keen on Fabregas, and could be tempted to move for him despite last summer’s saga which eventually saw the then Premier League champions miss out on his signature after months of probing.

City and Chelsea are also in the battle, and have been informed of his availability.
