Chelsea look set for a fight to keep Romelu Lukaku at Stamford Bridge, with Juventus weighing up a move for the striker, according to reports from the Sunday People.

The burly Belgian has established himself as one of the Premier League’s most feared forwards, but is yet to have made any impact for the Blues.

Lukaku was signed from Anderlecht in 2011, but had to wait for a loan move to West Brom the following year to announce himself in England.

An excellent spell at the Hawthorns saw the Londoners bring him back for the start of the season, but he has once again been sent out to gain experience, this time with Everton.

Rumours have begun to circulate in recent months that his relationship with Jose Mourinho is a frosty one, which has alerted a host of top clubs from across Europe.

Juventus are the latest big name to be linked with the 20-year-old, and are ready to lure him to Italy at the end of the season.

Chelsea are likely to be far from keen to let Lukaku move on, but if the player himself actively chases a switch then they may have little option other than to sell.
