Mourinho and Abramovich in constant contact
The pair has been swapping texts and calls after patching up their fractured relationship and Abramovich has now reportedly opened the door for the Special One to make a stunning comeback.
And the Russian billionaire gave the biggest indication that he would welcome Mourinho back to West London in the summer after contacting him for advice on football matters during the Blues’ poor start to the season.
The 49-year-old has also been in touch with several stalwarts from his three-year reign, thought to be John Terry, Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole and Petr Cech, further heightening speculation.

His future in Spain looks bleak with rumours of dressing room discontent further exacerbated by former right-back Michel Salgado’s claims that the entire squad was at odds with Mourinho.
Its thought he has grown tired of the politics, egos and in-fighting at the Bernabeau and will leave at the end of the season.
