Everton Boss Coy Over His Future
Everton manager David Moyes says he will wait until the end of the season to make a firm decision on his future at Goodison Park.
The Merseyside club visit League One Oldham in the FA Cup this evening and will see that as a great opportunity to kick start a cup run and a possible hunt for a trophy.
Moyes is one of the favourites to become the next Chelsea manager when Rafa Benetiz leaves at the end of the season as well as being amongst the front runners to succeed Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford when the long serving boss hangs up his stopwatch and chewing gum.
However Moyes is not worrying about his own future, but instead he is focussed on Everton making the most of their impressive form this season.
“I’ll give as much as I can, but I’ve said – and I’ve spoken with the chairman – that I want to see how the team do,” Moyes told talkSPORT.
“I want to see how we do in the cups, I want to see how we do in the league, and it’s more than likely I won’t make a decision until the end of the season.”
