Everton are keen to seal a deal for Tottenham winger Nacer Chadli, according to reports from The Mirror.

The Belgian winger only joined Spurs over the summer as a part of Andre Villas-Boas’ £110m revolution, but is already thought to be looking to move on.

Chadli has struggled to cement a starting spot at White Hart Lane, and it is rumoured that new boss Tim Sherwood is ready to let him leave in a bid to make room for his own purchases.

This has alerted Everton, who are considering a swoop.

The Toffees are desperate to land new players to keep their top four hopes alive, and Roberto Martinez sees Chadli as a wise addition.

The Merseysiders may look to match the £7m Tottenham paid FC Twente for the wide-man a matter of months ago.

The 24-year-old himself could also be open to a deal, with regular playing time ahead of the World Cup a priority.

Spurs may also look to get rid of Etienne Capoue and Lewis Holtby.

The duo both arrived at the club in 2013, and are wanted by Napoli and PSV Eindhoven respectively.
