Premier League clubs are set to be rivalled by Real Madrid in the pursuit of Argentine winger Juan Manuel Iturbe, reports talkSPORT.

Liverpool and Chelsea are interested in signing Iturbe this summer, along with Arsenal. All three clubs have been impressed with Iturbe during his loan spell at Serie A side Hellas Verona, where has scored 5 goals in the league.

Iturbe is currently on loan at the Italian club from Porto, and reports have suggested the Italian side will make a £12.5million offer for the 20-year-old at the end of the season. However, the Premier League duo had all hoped to tempt Iturbe to England, with Champions League football a possibility at all 3 clubs.

But they are now set to be rivalled by La Liga giants Real Madrid, who have also been keen observers of Iturbe. The Bernabeu outfit are believed to have contacted Iturbe’s camp over a possible move, whilst Serie A sides Roma and Inter Milan are also reported to be interested.

With seemingly most of Europe interested in his signature, Iturbe doesn’t seem to have lost focus for Verona this season. 4 of his 5 Serie A goals have come in Hellas Verona victories, helping the club to sit currently in 11th place, outside of the top half  only on goal difference.
