New Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola wants Liverpool striker Luis Suarez to be his first major signing in the summer according to the Daily Mirror.

Suarez is on a superb run of form including his goal in Liverpool’s emphatic 5-0 victory over Norwich yesterday.

However the Anfield club still sit six points off of the Champions League places having played more games than their rivals and top level European football could entice Suarez to Germany.

Guardliola has big money to spend at Bayern when he takes over this summer and a £40million bid for the Merseyside ace is thought to be enough to take Liverpool’s main man away from them.

Last season’s Champions League runner up have also set aside funds to make Radamel Falcao a Munich player in the summer from under the nose of a despondent Chelsea making a dream team strike force to push the club towards European glory.
