Liverpool star happy to stay at Anfield
Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez declared playing for the Liverpool is a dream for him and he has no intentions to leave.
The Premier League ace tried with his words to finalise the rumours that link him to top clubs such as Manchester City or Bayern Munich, Sky Sports reports.
Suarez, who has scored 25 goals in which is so far his best season, is represented by the brother of future Bayern’s coach Pep Guardiola, although the striker insists he feels lucky enough playing at Anfield.
“I always say the same thing, every kid or young player growing up dreams of playing here at Liverpool, and today, here I am, highly privileged doing just that”.
“I enjoy every minute to the maximum because it’s a great opportunity that my life has presented me and for which I am very pleased”, he stated.
The Uruguayan, who lies second in the Premier League Tor Scorer standings with 18 goals, plays it humble about his form and prefer to focus on collective achievements.
“I don’t know if it’s my best form but I do know that I continue to feel comfortable and happy in a side where my team-mates help me a lot”.
“Of course it’s a dream for any striker to be the top scorer in the Premier League, but to be honest it’s not one of my main aims. My focus is getting the team to the highest possible position in the league”, he assured.

He never said he wasn’t. This whole story came about because certain of the media took a radio interview in Uruguay , dissected it and put bits of it back they way they thought would cause the most controversy. Then other unscrupulous media types put their own stamp on it. They are mischievous at best and totally vile at worst. it is time for the press to be shackled.

Personally I think it can be approached from a different angle. Can one of the top 5 strikers in the world settle with playing in a club whose biggest aspitations at the moment is playing the Europa League? Should he be 100% happy knowing that he is probably at the peak of his career and he could be scoring goals in Champions League finals or fighting for the Premier League title? I think it is natral that people ask themselves that question. He is desired by top clubs and he could be playing for any of them, it is normal than press talk about it.
