Juan Cuadrado has revealed that he could still leave Fiorentina this summer, with Manchester United rumoured to be keen on him.

The Colombian wide-man impressed for his nation at the World Cup, building on the reputation he forged last season in Serie A.

Originally a right-back, Cuadrado thrived in a more attacking role for La Viola during 2013/14, with his lightening pace and trickery making him one of the division’s most feared wingers.

United have been linked with a £35m offer for his signature in recent weeks, with Louis van Gaal rumoured to be looking at getting a top class player in to fill the right wing-back berth at Old Trafford.

Barcelona and Chelsea have also been watching the South American, who has admitted that even with just a week of the transfer window left his future is not certain:

“My future does not depend on me,” he is quoted by Goal.

“There is still time until the market closes, no? I don’t know…”

Fiorentina have played down any talk of a transfer, but offers of close to his £35m valuation may well be accepted by the Florence-based side.
