Manchester United‘s 2-0 loss to Everton on Sunday turned out to be the final nail in David Moyes’ coffin, with the Scot being sacked this morning following a terrible first season in charge at Old Trafford.

The style of football and regular poor results turned Man United in to a laughing stock, with many fans and celebrities jumping on the ‘let’s all laugh at United’ bandwagon.

And the BBC decided to join the party during Sunday’s defeat at Goodison Park by directing bored/devastated Red Devils fans over to BBC Two to watch the snooker instead of their side’s latest embarrassing showing.

Either way, they’d still have been watching reds being sunk…
