We have all been there when playing FIFA – your central defender becomes quicker than Usain Bolt, a goalkeeper watches the ball roll past him or, in this sense, the ball grows to 100 times its size.

Russell Martin is not known for his goalscoring but his first touch and smash into the crowd certainly impressed as he got rid of a strangely large beach ball that interrupted the start of Norwich’s game with Tottenham this evening.

We think that more FIFA glitches should be brought into real life football and it seems Twitter agrees. What next? An 18ft tall striker I would imagine.
