Ipswich are a prime example of that being a positive thing. The fans called for Jewell to be sacked months before he did but the owners were sensible and gave him a chance. That then made other big name managers such as Mick McCarthy take an interest in the job because he knows he will be given a fair shot. 

Fan power going down is a good thing, as long as the owners are sensible. Worked well for Ipswich but not for Chelsea.]]></description>
