I really fnd it extraordinary that journalists simply have not done their homwork where Southampton are concerned. This is a club which is amongst the richest in the Premier league, who have ambitions to get into the top four within the next three years are prepared to spend on the best talent, and yet somehow according to journos are prepared to sell their best young players to the likes of Chelsea and god forbid Arsenal.If anything, it is far more likely that Saints will raid Arsenal for Wilshire rather than Arsenal being able to prise away Luke Shaw or any other of our youngsters.
In fact I would say that Wilshire may well be on Saints shopping list come the summer, now that would really have newspaper hacks choking on their cornflakes wouldnt it?
