Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani is fully committed to the Ligue 1 champions, and is not thinking of a January move.

The Uruguayan ace only completed a big money transfer to the Parc des Princes over the summer, but has already been linked with a shock switch away from Paris, with Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea all interested.

Cavani was rumoured to have grown unsettled at his new club, where he has been forced to play second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic – who has been one of European football’s in-form strikers this season.

However his agent, Claudio Anelucci, says that his client is fully committed to PSG and is not thinking about a return to Napoli, or a switch any other side.

“He remains to Paris,” he is quoted by the Daily Star.

“He’s fine. Miss Napoli? No. It was a nice chapter, like the one in Palermo, but he goes on always trying to improve as a player and his experience.

“PSG is an important time for him.”

Arsenal are rumoured to have made a tentative approach for Cavani, but were swiftly deterred by his £135,000-per-week salary demands.

City and Chelsea are also thought to be keen, with both clubs having been linked with his services prior to his switch to PSG.
