Liam Trotter has been receiving critical acclaim from pundits all season. The Millwall man’s strength, athleticism and ability on the ball has him labelled as a box-to-box central midfielder, a dying breed in the Premier League.
Trotter puts in solid shifts protecting his backline, but also bursts forward to join the attack, contributing six goals already this season.
The 24 year old, who started his career at Ipswich, has been watched over by Southampton and Fulham, who are both considering a £2million January bid for the Englishman.
