Arsenal and Tottenham target M’Baye Niang could be available for transfer this summer, according to talkSPORT.

The AC Milan forward has spent the second half of the season on loan with Ligue 1 outfit Montpellier, but the French club have admitted they cannot afford to sign him on a permanent deal.

The 19-year-old had previously struggled for first team opportunities at the San Siro, and was sent on loan to to his home country in January.

The Frenchman has struggled to score regularly since the move, managing three goals in 13 league appearances so far.

Tottenham and Arsenal have previously held an interest in the striker, and could revive their interest in the summer, after Montpellier president Louis Nicollin revealed the club have been priced out of a permanent move.

“We will meet with Milan to talk about Niang because he is too expensive,” Nicollin told Midilibre.

That could open the door for the north London rivals, who are both keen to strengthen their strike forces this summer.
