Tottenham fans were expecting an exciting start to the transfer window today, then the club’s website may well have put a  bit of a dampener on things.

Lilywhites fans eager to see the latest transfer news or rejoice at a big-name signing holding that famous shirt were confronted with the message: ‘Something’s gone wrong.’

Quite what has gone wrong is anyone’s guess, but reports that Andre Villas-Boas was unable to get his famously snug-fitting trousers off after a particularly long and drawn-out contract-renewal with Tom Huddlestone are yet to be confirmed.

Let us know in the comments what you think’s ‘gone wrong’ at Spurs

Why would there be a contract discussion with the Hudd. The guy is being sold and Spurs are not interested in keeping slow-ass dead wood around the grounds.
