I HAVE SAID IT BEFORE AND I AM SAYING IT AGAIN. WE NEED TWO STRICKERS WITH A PLAY MAKER. IN MY SUGGESTION THE PLAYERS SHOULD BE WILLIAM, LEANDRO, AND MONTY. THAT WILL NOT ONLY TAKE US TO CHAMPIONS LEAGGE BUT KEEP US THERE.IT IS AN INVESTMENT WORTH DOING.THEN DO YOUR OFF LOADING OF SOME OF THE PLAYERS.

Definitely need another striker if we are to keep pace near the top of the Prem.JD looks like he has “cooled” in the last few games so could do with some help to find the goals.I’m sure AVB and Levy are well into trying to bring one in .

Crap levy doesnt run the club well he shows no respect to anyone we make transfer profit window after window and are the only club who put in major bids for players have them excepted yet dont close them out dont be nieve levy does no what we need but fails to realise that little investment to ensure champions league will make him his profit and his fans happy.

Couldn’t disagree more. You obviously have no idea about how a business is run. Levy’s been involved with all of our transfers since his appointment as chairman, it was merely the manager or technical director who identifies the player. In Levy we have the best chairman in the league, with the best well run club, the reason why we can compete financially. It is easier said then done to get a striker in, are you ignorant enough to not think a clever guy like Levy doesn’t recognise this? Levy is an asset to the club, I don’t need to support this with countless successful decisions he has made in the transfer window, so please respect Levy and his position a bit more, that is all

I think we might buy another striker,i would like to see nagredo.Also william but levy will not pay over the odds.We are a well run club,but sometimes we must seize on top players and make us stronger.

This search for a new striker has been going on a lot longer than from last summer. It’s been going on ever since Levy took charge of the transfer dealings. The guy just doesn’t know what he is doing. I think his ego was inflated when he got all the plaudits for bringing in Van der Vaart and rightly so but he has done absolutely nothing of any real merit since. It is so obvious Spurs are now in a very precarious position only having Defoe as a striker. What makes me laugh is for the past five windows we have been linked with Leandro Dalmiao. Levy put in bids for him but they were an absolute joke as they were clearly well under his value but at least it made it look like Levy was trying. I have never known a club like Spurs linked with so many players and then never coming to fruition. To me Levy has been the catalyst in holding Spurs back because of his lack of ambition and fear to spend any money on real players of quality instead of his basement bargain, end of career and players on freebies. If anybody needs a transfer it’s Levy.
