Fantastic player with fantastic crossing ability. I’ll always remember when he banged a Hat0Trick for rovers in a 4-3 league win over United! WOuldn’t mind havin him back at rovers!

Maybe if they put David in front of the goal where he scored most of his goals at Blackburn it might’ve worked, what with lennon having kept him out of the team and the ‘arry ice incident he didn’t stand a chance playing out wide or anywhere.Shame we can’t give him another chance surely he deserves that?

Such a talent, lost his way with Arry and injuries. AVB would have maybe got more from him. I think his play is best suited to Europe
