After all the expectation, speculation, hope and dreams, West Ham fans have been told they will have to endure another season of Sam Allardyce.

A large number of Hammers supporters have protested against his position for months now, some even hanging ‘Sam Out’ banners over the gates of chairman David Sullivan’s mansion last week.

But today the East London outfit released an official statement confirming they intend to stick with Allardyce next season and will be backing him in the transfer market this summer.

It was the news the fans were dreading and now many of them are threatening to boycott the renewal of their season tickets in protest of the decision.

    Thank goodness! You can’t sack a man for doing just what you employed him to do. Now that the board have asked him to do the job in a different way they will be within their rights to dismiss him if he fails to comply with their new instructions.
