It is well known that former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher grew up supporting Merseyside rivals Everton as a boy, but when he joined the Reds on a professional level, he took the liver bird to his heart.Earlier this week, though, he decided to go back to blue when he took part in Sky Sports’ media day at Everton’s training base Finch Farm. Not only did he make himself comfortable in the facility, Carragher, who spent 17 years playing for the Reds, also wore the club’s training kit.The retired defender tested himself to see if he could still hack it at the top level by going one on one with Lukaku. As part of Sky Sports’ filming, Carragher tried to stop the Premier League’s joint top scorer from getting past him on an indoor training pitch, but the Belgian was too good and ended up sending the ball into the back of the net.

The broadcaster captured the moment on video and tweeted the footage, along with a clip of 39-year-old Carragher doing some warm-ups before the action.
