Jose Mourinho recently expressed his frustration with Manchester United's fixture scheduling, and he will not be best pleased by the Europa League draw.

The Red Devils reached the quarter-finals of the competition by overcoming St Etienne across two legs.

On Friday they learned that FC Rostov will be waiting for them in the final eight, and even though it is one of the more favourable draws in terms of opponent, the trip to Russia will cause hassle and disruption.

Mourinho complained about the scheduling earlier this week, suggesting that it could take a toll on his team, particularly as they face Chelsea in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup in between the European matches.

United will play the first leg away in Russia on March 9 and then four days later will take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge before welcoming Rostov to Old Trafford on March 16.

The distance from Manchester to Rostov is 1,872 miles, and plenty of fans have been left feeling exasperated by the draw.
