It appears that Rangers' managerial saga is coming to an end with new reports from The Scottish Sun suggesting that Pedro Caixinha is set to become the boss at Ibrox on Friday.

It brings an end to a month-long recruitment process that has seen U20s coach Graeme Murty take charge of the first team and means the club can now look on to long-term goals after a rollercoaster season.

There are still short-term targets too with finishing second in the Scottish Premiership a top priority alongside potentially winning the Scottish Cup.

It seems Caixinha will get a good look at his new team on Sunday at Celtic Park when they return to the location of a dreadful 5-1 loss earlier in the season.

Can his presence inspire the Gers to a decent result or will it be a signal to him that there's a lot of work to be done on the training ground?

Rangers fans have been taking to Twitter to share their thoughts on the imminent arrival of their new man with mixed opinions on his appointment...
