KC Stadium | Built in 2002
Built in 2002, the Kingston Communications Stadium, better known as the KC Stadium, will play host to top-flight football for the first time come the start of next season. It’s not like other new-build grounds – it’s been carefully designed, and its impressive swooping curves ensure it looks anything but bland.
The two-tiered West Stand is the largest part of the stadium – double the height of the other three sides. With a 25,000 capacity, there’s significant room to increase the stadium’s size if needs be. Away fans are housed in the North Stand, where up to 4,000 supporters can be accommodated. Despite being a little set back from the pitch, you can expect a decent view from any seat in the ground – a far cry from the old days at Boothferry Park.

Getting to KC Stadium
Train
The KC Stadium is a short walk from Hull Paragon station. Away fans are advised to leave the South side of the station and turn on to Anlaby Road for the stadium.
Car
The KC Stadium is about three quarters of a mile from the city centre, not far from the site of Boothferry Park. If you’re coming from the west, leave the M62 at Junction 38 and join the A63 towards Hull. The stadium is clearly signposted as you get closer to the city.
If you’re coming from the north, leave the A164 at the Humber Bridge roundabout and take the first exit into Boothferry Road. The stadium is located three miles down the road on the left.
Parking
Some disabled parking is available, those who require it should contact Danny Pratt at least 48 hours before kick-off.

Where to drink
Most but not all of the pubs in close proximity to the ground are designated as home supporters only. Your best bet is to head towards the city centre, where there are plenty of pubs to choose from.
Home Fans:
The Silver Cod: A no-nonsense West Hull pub visited by some of the more die-hard Hull City fans, usual selection of lagers available.
Location: 506 Anlaby Road, Hull, HU3 6SZ.
Away Fans:
The Brickmakers Arms: Situated opposite the ground car park entrance, this pub has a big screen and a friendly atmosphere.
Location: 57-65 Walton Street, Hull, HU3 6JB.
Food/Drink
Carling and Tetley’s are served inside the stadium for £2.80 a pint. For some high profile matches, however, the club refuse to sell alcohol to away supporters.
Where to eat
The Chicken Balti Pie is priced £2.20, and there are plenty of other pies/burgers available
