Molineux | Built in 1889
One of the first purpose-built stadia in the UK when it was completed back in 1889, Mollineux has been Wolves' home for well over a century. Following its multi-million pound redesign in the early 1990s, Molineux was briefly one of the largest grounds in the country. Though it has now been eclipsed by many other stadium developments, plans were announced in 2010 to expand the stadium to a capacity of around 36,000. Work began in the summer of 2011 and it is envisaged this stage of the project will be completed in three to four years.

Where to drink
The Wanderer pub just along from the stadium down Molineux Way is a good place to head for a pre or post-match drink. Unsuprisingly though it can get very, very busy so be prepared to wriggle your way through crowds to get to the bar.
Where to eat
There's an ASDA just across the road from the stadium for that essential pre-match snack and toilet stop. There are your standard food outlets around the stadium, but for something more substantial emabark on the five minute walk to the city centre for a variety of fast food joints.
