Blackburn fans on Twitter were delighted with striker Danny Graham as he netted his first hat-trick for the club in a 4-2 victory over Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

It took the 33-year-old just 11 minutes to get his first goal of the day, as he pounced on a rebound from the ever impressive Bradley Dack's shot to fire past Cameron Dawson in the Wednesday net.

The game remained finely poised for a while though, only for Dack to make it 2-0 early on in the second half, and then we experienced a flood of goals.

Owls striker Lucas Joao, who spent time on loan at Blackburn in 2017, pulled one back for his side, only for Graham to net again with another poacher's rebound.

With five minutes to go though, Wednesday had their hopes up once again as David Raya scored an own goal, despite the Owls failing to create much else. Thankfully for Blackburn fans though, Graham was on hand late on to make the result safe and to take his tally for the season to eight goals.
