Football FanCast columnist Jim Sessions wonders if Emmanuel Adebayor is set to return to Arsenal with his tail very much between his legs.

I'm sure that I am not the only Arsenal supporter that has been bemused by the carry ons at N5 this summer. It is has been one thing after another, a total circus at times and to be honest I have reached a point where I couldn't care less.

Football FanCast columnist Clive Horton believes that Everton should give Spurs defender Pascal Chimbonda a wide berth.

One thing that I have always respected about David Moyes is that he is your no nonsense football manager who is not afraid to put players in their place, despite their reputations. You can only imagine how Gareth Barry felt this morning as he drove into Villa's training ground for the first time since his suspension. Embarrassed, somewhat ashamed; you certainly couldn't blame any of his teammates giving him somewhat of a cold shoulder this morning.

Football FanCast columnist Frank Winter looks at Spurs' desire to play hardball with regards to Berbatov and wonders at what point Sir Alex says enough is enough and looks elsewhere.

Dimitar Berbatov is undoubtedly one of the best strikers in Europe at the moment and his arrival at Old Trafford would be welcomed, but at what price? According to reports in the Guardian this morning, Spurs have decided to play hardball and looking to United to up the ante, but I feel we should hold firm and if they don't succumb to our ‘take it or leave it' standpoint, then we should look elsewhere.
