Championship PodJockey Chris Ray knew there was rivalry between Norwich and Ipswich but he never realised how bitter it was until his co presenters got in the same room together.

Co-presenting with an Ipswich fan and a Norwich fan isn't always a stroll in the park for someone who is, let's face, is about as neutral between the two as they come (Gillingham beat both sides 4-3 during our Championship days!)
