Aston Villa are leading the way, alongside Liverpool, in the race to sign Werder Bremen winger Milot Rashica, according to The Mirror.
The 23-year-old’s price will be €38m (£35m), as has been reported by Gazeta Blic, and Villa’s chances of bringing him in rely on them maintaining their Premier League status.
Judging by the replies, it is not certain whether fans even want the Kosovo international at their club.

There are some who have been left enthused by this link, feeling that he would be a massive upgrade on Anwar El Ghazi and Trezeguet.
He has recorded 10 goals and four assists from 24 starts in the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal this term, despite Werder Bremen sitting second-from-bottom.
While there is some scepticism about whether the move can be completed, having someone who has that return, while also averaging 1.6 key passes and 2.2 dribbles per game is an exciting prospect.
It would be a great signing but I doubt it will happen. He will be joining BVB!

We will not get him while Suso is still here. Would be huge upgrade on the useless wingers we have. I can’t see it happening tho especially has Liverpool are reportedly after him too.

This guy’s a level up in my opinion, hence the price tag! Keep El Ghazi out of the current 3 as back up if we stay up.

Missing football!? There’s still plenty of Villa discussion going on in the Vital Villa Forum! Click here to get involved!
However, not everyone is so willing to believe that the 23-year-old would do well at Villa Park, with one saying they would rather give a chance to 17-year-old winger Jaden Philogene-Bidace.
There seems to be a real lack of trust in Suso to complete high quality deals for the club, after his summer 2019 transfers have seen them in the relegation zone.
They seemingly want players who they know they can trust in the Premier League – should they still be there – rather than taking gambles on lesser-known talent from other leagues.
I prefer Jaden Philogene-Bidace tbh

Christ I hope he’s decent and can cope if we’re still in the EPL. No good keep buying players like this and they’re irrelevant when playing for us!! Bought too many of these players last summer!!

Another one I’ve never heard of and no one else is chasing.

Worst defence in the league and we’re looking at an attacker??….
