It would be fair to say that the Aston Villa fans have been impressed with the recent performances of on-loan Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe.
Tuanzebe initially joined Villa on loan back in January, but injuries restricted the England Under-21 international to just five appearances during the second half of last season.
The 20-year-old never really had the chance to show his best form at Villa last term, but returned to the club on loan ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.
Tuanzebe has already made 15 appearances for Villa this season, and has appeared in each of their last eight Championship matches.
Villa are certainly fortunate to have the 6ft 1in ace in their ranks, and many have lavished praise on the Englishman.
It seems unlikely that Villa will be unable to sign Tuanzebe on a permanent deal, especially if he continues to improve, but that has not stopped the club’s supporters wishing that it would happen.
A selection of the Twitter reaction can be seen below:
Who would have thought Tuanzebe was a centre back , Kid was class again yesterday ? pic.twitter.com/4sSbPP5FC1

Tuanzebe starting to show just how ridiculous it was for Bruce to play him Right back. Things are looking not quite so desperate at the back because Smith is now playing people in favoured positions.#AVFC

Got to say for a twenty year old I’ve never seen a CB so composed and calm on the ball as Tuanzebe, absolutely incredible talent will be playing for England one day
