Blackburn Rovers managing director Derek Shaw has been told not to attend Ewood Park due to the ongoing situation with Henning Berg.
Berg was sacked as Rovers boss after just 57 days in charge at Ewood Park and has now taken the former Premier League champions to the High Court with claims that he is owed approximately £2million.
Shaw received a letter on Wednesday outlining the situation, with the investigation set focus on how the terms of Berg’s contract were drawn up.
The club’s global advisor, Shebby Singh, is set to fly to India on Thursday for meetings with owners Venky’s to discuss the issue and there is reportedly a meeting with Shaw planned for Monday to try and sort out the situation at the beleaguered north west outfit.
Rovers are currently out of the Championship relegation places on goal difference alone, having taken just 47 points from 39 games this term.
