Leeds United have enjoyed a decent rise this season, with the weekend’s 3-2 victory over Norwich City sending the Peacocks into the top-six of the Championship and into the play-off positions.
Following a wealth of difficult situations in recent years at Elland Road, where the club have gone through more than their fair share of managers, Garry Monk has managed to provide a fair amount of stability to the Yorkshire side.
With the club now on the rise, Leeds face a stern test after the international break in a run of fixtures where they host league leaders Newcastle United before facing off with Rotherham, Aston Villa, Brighton and Reading- with three of those also fighting for promotion.

Fortunately, Monk is aware of the hard work that needs to carry on despite the break from domestic fixtures due to the international break and posted a picture of training on social media, where Leeds were working hard despite the wintery showers.
Leeds’ victory at the weekend saw them extend their unbeaten run of form to five matches across all competitions, with their advancement in the EFL Cup last month setting up a huge clash with Liverpool in the quarter-finals.
