Leeds fans unhappy with Heckingbottom press conference

Leeds United boss Paul Heckingbottom spoke to the media on Monday afternoon ahead of his team’s Championship clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday night.

Leeds will enter the match off the back of a 3-0 defeat at Middlesbrough on Friday, with a hat-trick from Patrick Bamford making it a rotten night for the Whites at the Riverside Stadium.

The Leeds supporters are an extremely frustrated bunch at the moment, and it would be fair to say that not many have taken to Heckingbottom since he became the club’s new manager towards the start of last month.

Leeds have dropped to 12th position in the Championship due to their poor run of form, and it is not as if it gets any easier as they prepare to welcome the league leaders Wolves to Elland Road this week.

A number of the club’s fans were unhappy with Heckingbottom’s body language during his press conference on Monday afternoon, claiming that the manager was not taking the current situation seriously enough.
