According to journalist Phil Hay – formerly of the Yorkshire Evening Post – Jack Clarke could return to Leeds United on loan after officially joining Tottenham Hotspur.
Interesting – hearing that Jack Clarke will rejoin Leeds United on loan after he signs for Tottenham tomorrow. #lufc

Clarke scored twice and registered two assists in 22 Championship appearances for the Whites during the 2018-19 campaign.
The 18-year-old has reportedly already passed a medical ahead of a move to Spurs in this summer’s transfer window.
According to Hay, though, the teenager could return on loan to the Whites for the 2019-20 season, which has gained the attention of the club’s supporters.
There are those fans who like the idea of Clarke returning to Elland Road after completing a move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

However, others feel that it does not make much sense to effectively continue developing a player who will be moving on, potentially next summer.

Wow. This is so un-Leeds like. Getting good deals done so early!

Don’t want to waste one of the 5 Loan spaces on him. Would much rather get a better winger. Just my opinion.

That’s exactly how I feel..not a fan of this one bit

So we’re selling our asset, to loan back and develop someone else’s asset to potentially make them more valuable, all to gain money to loan and develop and potentially increase the value of someone else’s asset! Classic Leeds United!?? #lufc
