Leeds fans crucify Barry Douglas despite win vs Millwall

Loads of Leeds fans have been running the rule over their incredible comeback against Millwall, and they’ve found something to be negative about.

Leeds came from behind twice on Saturday to send themselves back above Sheffield United into the automatic promotion places.

While the Blades sacrificed their own 2-1 lead to lose 3-2 to Bristol City, Leeds came from both 1-0 and 2-1 down to grab all three points courtesy of Pablo Hernandez’s late winner.

Fans aren’t forgetting some of the costly mistakes earlier in the match though, particularly from Douglas.

The Scottish left-back was introduced at half time for Gjanni Alioski, and one fan even said at the time that it was the wrong decision.

The summer signing then proceeded to carelessly give the ball away with score 1-1, from which Millwall broke and won a penalty go put themselves back in the lead.

Douglas looked to be a fantastic signing when he first arrived but the 29 year-old has been dreadful recently, and fans can’t forgive his mistake even after he supplied the assist for Luke Ayling’s goal.
