Loads of Leeds fans have been reacting to an injury update, as Pontus Jansson will require a scan on the injury he picked up against West Brom.

Leeds were swept aside by the Baggies last weekend as a flurry of second-half goals stunned Marcelo Bielsa’s side at the Hawthorns.

It now looks like the defeat has come with an even greater cost, as Jansson could be set to join the lengthy injury list.

Key defenders Luke Ayling and Gaetano Berardi are already out until 2019 with knee and hamstring injuries respectively, and Jansson was sent home from Sweden duty on Wednesday.

The towering defender is now expecting to undergo a scan this week to find out the severity of the problem, reports The Yorkshire Evening Post.

The Whites host Bristol City after the international break, and it will certainly be difficult to bounce back from the West Brom hammering without three first-choice defenders.
