Loads of Leeds fans have been reacting to some comments from Marcelo Bielsa on Samuel Saiz, and they’re heaping praise on the little Spaniard.
Leeds continued their brilliant start to life under Bielsa with a comfortable win over Hull on Tuesday night, courtesy of a wonderful goal from Tyler Roberts.
Bielsa’s side have recovered well from the shock defeat to Birmingham, and their tally of 21 goals in 11 games is second only to West Brom, impressive given the injuries to key attackers like Pablo Hernandez and Kemar Roofe.
One man who hasn’t been amongst the goals yet is Saiz, but Bielsa is still clearly a huge fan of the 27 year-old.

“Sometimes you don’t see what a player allows his team-mates to do,” the boss said after the win over Hull.
Saiz has no goals and two assists in the Championship this season, and he can be very wasteful and very inconsistent.
While it is worrying that he hasn’t found the net yet, he is one of the hardest-working players in the league, and on his day the little Spaniard is absolutely unplayable.
Fans are in complete agreement with the gaffer on this one, and you can find some of the best Twitter reactions down below…
Saiz is shocking a scoring. But I don't look at him as a goalscorer, he makes things tick in the middle and always drives forward in position. I'm happy to allow others to score if he keeps doing what he does.

Absolute spot on, Saiz is integral to what we do, don’t need to be concerned with his goals/assist record just yet

You only have to look at our offence after Saiz came off to see how important he is to us….. Keeps us ticking along just nicely ??

You notice on many occasions that players will leave their man in order to get to Siaz. All he has to do is be seen as threat from the opposing team for me.

True, we weren’t the same team when he went off

He is undoubtedly one of our most important players – constantly wants and receives the ball and attracts huge defensive attention… particularly with Pablo out #lufc

You don’t notice some players until they are not there.

Look at Zaha when Palace we’re down here. Rarely scored but created space elsewhere.

Gets more room when Pablo plays. Those two together are capable of anything.

Saiz is a nightmare for opposing teams, he buzzes around and pops up all over the place, his end product isn’t there atm but it will come I am sure!
