According to Turkish Football, Leeds United are in talks with Kasimpasa forward Mbaye Diagne over a move to Elland Road in this summer’s transfer window.
The 26-year-old scored 12 times in 17 appearances for Turkish outfit Kasimpasa in the second half of last season, which are statistics to be respected.
Hull City, Reading and Bournemouth have all been linked with a move for the Senegalese, but Leeds are also believed to be in the mix.
It is no secret that Leeds want to sign a new striker this summer, and a deal for Derby County’s Matej Vydra appears to have gone cold.
The Leeds fans, however, are not overly positive about a potential deal for Diagne.
The former Juventus striker stands at 6ft 3in, and could turn out to be a real powerhouse in England if he makes the move.
That said, the Leeds supporters are just not interested.

Not keen on this new striker interest for #LUFC Mbaye Diagne, he moves around a lot and do we really want someone short term or just long enough to get us back up?

Don’t care how many he’s scored in other leagues, unless it’s Premier League, seria A, La Liga etc. Why haven’t they learnt from last season and bring in a proven striker of this league or above??
