Leeds United are still top of the Championship table despite losing their last two in the league to Hull City and Nottingham Forest.
Indeed, Hull won 2-0 at Elland Road on December 29 before Leeds suffered a 4-2 defeat away to Forest on New Year’s Day.
The Whites were due a little blip to be honest, and they are not actually back in Championship action until January 11 against Derby County due to the FA Cup third round.
Barry Douglas has not been at his best for Leeds in recent weeks, and the summer arrival from Wolverhampton Wanderers took to Twitter after the defeat to Forest to apologise to the supporters for his recent form.
There is no question that the Leeds fans are behind the 29-year-old, however, with the large majority responding positively to his recent post on social media.
