Loads of Leeds fans have been reacting to a worrying post-Hull update from Marcelo Bielsa, as the boss confirmed Barry Douglas has a muscle injury.
Leeds have had some terrible luck with injuries in the last 18 months, and that bad luck could be about to get even worse.
Bielsa’s side are currently without several first team favourites, most notably Pablo Hernandez and Kemar Roofe, and Douglas could soon be on that list as well.
The former Wolves wing back has been tremendous so far this season, picking up three assists bombing down the left flank.
He left the win at Hull on Tuesday with what looked like a cramp, but Bielsa’s post-game update makes it sound a lot worse.
“[He has] a muscular problem, we don’t know how serious it is,” Bielsa said.
The upcoming international break will give the Scottish international an extra two weeks recovery time, but fans are fearing the worst ahead of the busy winter schedule.
