Leeds United fans have been relishing in Richard Keogh’s misery after it was announced that the defender had been sacked from Derby County after his involvement in the drink driving scandal with Mason Bennett and Tom Lawrence.
United supporters have harboured disdain for the defender since last season after Keogh mocked Leeds after their playoff semi-final clash by making a binocular sign towards the fans alluding to the Spygate incident.

Some fans used that image to mock Keogh on social media, while others believe that this was an instance of karma coming into play.
The Rams have parted ways with the defender after he picked up a season-ending injury during the aforementioned incident.
Some fans believe that they’ve now seen the final game of Keogh’s career as he’s well into his thirties and his harbouring a rather serious problem.

If someone had told me at that moment we lost the playoff semi fast forward 5/6 months Keogh would have had a career ending injury/unemployed and Leeds still have Marcelo I would have drove home that night with a smile ! Enjoy all Leeds fans #lufc https://t.co/xPNKaHnTzF
