Leeds United youngster Hoskun Temenuzhkov was on the scoresheet in his team’s Under-23 pre-season clash with Wigan Athletic Under-23s at the weekend.
The 18-year-old posted a video of his goal on his official social media page, and the Leeds fans were out in force to call for the teenager to be handed a first-team chance.
Temenuzhkov, who is a two-time Bulgaria Under-18 international, moved to Leeds from Barcelona’s La Masia academy last summer.
The attacker is yet to make his first-team debut for the English club, but may well be involved in Leeds’ preparations for the new Championship campaign.
It is shaping up to be an exciting season for Leeds fans following the arrival of Marcelo Bielsa as head coach.
Bielsa is in the market for at least one new striker in this summer’s transfer window, but a number of Leeds fans have called on their head coach to have a look at Temenuzhkov during pre-season.
