Leeds supporters generally don’t like Lee Johnson.
The Whites once again got the better of Johnson’s side on Saturday as United completed the double over Bristol City when beating them 1-0 at Elland Road.
It seems as though the frustrations of the game were getting to Johnson a little bit when footage recorded from the stands showed him getting physical with one Leeds star.
🤔What’s this then?
Lee Johnson giving Luke Ayling a push?
— LS11 – Leeds United Fan TV Channel (@LS11LUFC) February 16, 2020
To be fair to Johnson, Ayling was a bit out of order here.
The right-back was quite clearly trying to listen in on the Bristol manager’s team talk during a stoppage in the action, but seeing a manager push a player is still a sight you rarely see on the pitch.
Fortunately. Johnson didn’t go full Alan Pardew and deliver a headbutt to the 28-year-old, but despite the fracas seemingly being quite minor, a few Leeds fans weren’t best pleased with what they were seeing, going on to mock Johnson for his aggression and his physical stature.
Angry, tiny man.
