We are getting to that time of year when the football fixtures come thick and fast.
Fans up and down the globe are planning their festive activities around their club’s calendar.
On Friday, Leeds United announced that Sky Sports has decided to televise two of the club’s matches over the Christmas period.
The trip to Burton Albion will be aired on Boxing Day at 3pm, while the Whites’ New Year’s Day clash against Nottingham Forest at Elland Road will also be shown live.
Plenty of fans dread the TV scheduling announcements, mainly because kickoff times and dates get moved to fit in with the broadcaster’s calendar.
On this occasion, though, all will go as planned for Leeds, but fans who cannot get tickets to the games will be able to watch from home.

The reaction to this news was somewhat positive, although the club’s run of just two wins in eight Championship outings means that not everyone is excited.
Leeds United finally on TV. Been a long time coming lads😍😍😍😍😎😎😎😍💉👊👊👊
