The Leeds fans that answered our recent poll were split on whether the club should target Manchester United wonderkid Tahith Chong in January.
The 18-year-old winger is yet to make his debut for the Premier League giants, but he has netted five goals and provided two assists in 12 games for the U23 side.
Despite his young age and the quality in the United squad, Chong has also been included on the bench for the first-team by Mourinho this season, most notably in the clash with Juventus in the Champions League at Old Trafford.
The young Dutchman was signed from the Feyenoord academy on a free transfer in the summer of 2016 and has represented his country at all stages between the U15 and U19 teams.
After their 4-1 thumping at the hands of West Brom, it would seem that Marcelo Bielsa will need to refresh his squad in the January transfer window. However, just 53 per cent of Leeds fans were keen for the Argentine to target Chong, with just under half perhaps preferring that Bielsa develop’s the Whites’ own young talent like Jack Clarke.
